(NASDAQ: BKNG), is an industry leader with a passion for helping restaurants thrive. Our world-class technology empowers restaurants to focus on what matters most – their team, their guests, and their bottom line – while enabling diners to discover and book the perfect restaurant for every occasion.

Every employee at OpenTable has a tangible impact on what we do and how we do it. You’ll also be part of a global team that includes a portfolio of metasearch brands. Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture.

The Role

OpenTable is seeking a creative, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Brand Strategy Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in shaping how OpenTable positions and humanizes its brand for restaurant partners, bringing brand strategy to life through storytelling across campaigns, content, social channels, and industry moments. This role is highly collaborative and exec-facing, with direct support of OpenTable’s leadership voice, including helping manage and shape our CEO’s social media presence.

We’re looking for someone with deep curiosity about the restaurant and hospitality industry, someone who has their pulse on the dining scene and is excited to collaborate on brand campaigns, thought leadership, and talent-driven storytelling that reinforces OpenTable’s role as a trusted and valued partner within the restaurant community.

This role is ideal for a quick, thoughtful, and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within a highly experienced team. While there are foundational responsibilities that support day-to-day brand initiatives, this position also offers meaningful opportunities to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to brand strategy, and help elevate OpenTable’s voice across the industry, along with exposure to a wide range of marketing initiatives and the chance to learn from a world-class marketing team. The right person for this role is a strong collaborator, exercises excellent judgment, and brings both strategic thinking and organizational rigor to their work.

Partner with PR, Brand, Content, Social, and Creative teams to productionalize experiential and industry-led content for distribution across B2B and B2C channels.

Track and synthesize performance and qualitative feedback to inform brand positioning, campaigns, and storytelling efforts.
