Verde is redefining commercial facilities services through green cleaning, sustainability, and healthier workplaces. When you close a deal, you're creating real impact.

What you bring to the table
A strong track record in B2B sales and business development
Confidence in managing a full sales cycle—from cold outreach to closing
Mastery of CRM tools (we use HubSpot)—you know your pipeline, follow-ups, and data hygiene like the back of your hand
A relationship-first approach and ability to spot real client needs
Bonus points if you've sold into industries like building services, cleaning, recycling/waste, or construction
Location Remote but you must live in Metro Phoenix or Southern California. You'll travel occasionally for client meetings and events (1–2 nights/month, occasionally more when needed).
Compensation Base + commission, with no cap. The more you grow our business, the more you grow your earnings.
OTE: 200K+
Base: 75K
