Cella is seeking a hyper‑creative, trend‑obsessed Social Media Content Creator to join a world‑renowned consumer goods leader within the retail industry. You will be the creative engine behind a bold, spicy, and unapologetically delicious global food brand, crafting engaging video and static content for TikTok and Instagram. This is a unique opportunity to own the creative process—from pitching “lo‑fi” lifestyle videos to starring in them. Responsibilities
Social Listening & Trend Spotting: Monitor TikTok and Instagram daily to identify emerging trends, sounds, and memes that the brand can authentically join.
End‑to‑End Production: Design, film, and edit high‑energy video and static content. You will be responsible for everything from the initial storyboard to the final edit and catchy caption.
On‑Camera Talent: Act as the face of the brand when needed, bringing a relatable and energetic personality to lifestyle and recipe content.
Creative Strategy: Develop and pitch innovative recipe concepts and social campaigns that align with the brand’s “bold and spicy” identity.
Performance Optimization: Analyze content metrics to understand what’s resonating with the audience and pivot strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Social Media Strategists and Community Managers to ensure all content ladders up to the broader brand mission.
Qualifications
We are looking for a self‑starter who understands that social media is about community and culture, not just posting.
Experience: 2‑3 years of professional experience managing social media or creating content for a brand/organization.
Technical Toolkit: High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, and CapCut.
Platform Expertise: An expert‑level understanding of the TikTok and Instagram ecosystems, including algorithm nuances and creative best practices.
Creative Eye: Strong graphic design skills and the ability to produce “lo‑fi” yet high‑quality video content.
Culinary Passion: A genuine love for global flavors and a high level of comfort experimenting with recipes in the kitchen.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to look at social data and translate those numbers into actionable creative insights.
Project Management: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at once while remaining self‑directed and collaborative.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but a killer portfolio of work is a must.
