
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with both new and existing clients. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to sell innovative marketing solutions while playing a key part in shaping the strategies of well-respected organizations across the country. Position location In-office at our Nashville or Memphis locations (For the right candidate, the position may be available as a remote option.)
Responsibilities
A passion for building relationships
and driving client acquisition through meaningful connections.
A strategic mindset
with the ability to craft recommendations that solve challenges and create impact for clients.
Exceptional communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas persuasively.
Proven experience working with clients and cross-functional teams
to deliver results-driven solutions.
1+ years of experience in marketing-driven environment , with digital agency experience a plus.
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, project management, communications, or marketing .
A results-oriented approach
with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales or business development goals.
A strong understanding of digital marketing trends
and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies for clients (optional but valuable).
Strong data management skills , with experience tracking leads, clients, and business opportunities in a CRM. Familiarity with any CRM (such as Copper, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
