About the role We are seeking a District Sales Manager to partner closely with franchise owners and support their success through coaching, training, and sales leadership. This role works directly with new and existing franchisees to strengthen sales execution, improve profitability, and reinforce proven sales systems. The District Sales Manager will provide hands‑on guidance through training sessions, field visits, and ongoing performance coaching while serving as a trusted advisor to business owners. This position offers a rewarding opportunity for growth within a dynamic, performance‑driven organization and requires regular travel to support franchise partners across assigned regions.

What you'll do

Training new and existing Franchise Owners on hiring and training a sales team, as well as all aspects of sales management.

On‑going coaching for Franchise owners to ensure they are following the sales model taught in the training provided with a focus on continuous improvement.

Developing sales goals with Franchise owners and supporting them to reach and exceed the established goals.

Travel to conduct field visits with franchisees, focused on analyzing results, improving sales and ensuring profitability.

Conducting webinar training sessions on sales related topics.

Qualifications

Excellent leadership skills.

Sales Experience in a management capacity.

Past training experience is a plus.

Enjoys sales & sales management and has experience coaching others on sales performance.

Strong personality, with ability to communicate confidently with business owners about the operations of their company.

Self‑directed leader requiring minimal supervision.

Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and follow‑up.

Enjoy traveling throughout the US and Canada, to visit Franchise Owners and help train within their facility. Travel requirement varies between 25 to 50%.

The pay range for this role is:

70,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Whiter, CA)
