Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the New & Used Sales teams·
Drive profitability in both New and Pre-Owned vehicle departments·
Improve customer retention and satisfaction·
Set, monitor, and maintain performance standards·
Identify new opportunities to grow sales and enhance the customer experience**Qualifications**·
2+ years of previous automotive sales management experience required·
Proven ability to close deals and lead high-performing teams·
Strong customer focus with the ability to think quickly and problem-solve·
Innovative mindset to build new opportunities for the dealership·
