On Premise Account Manager

in the Pacific Northwest to oversee the states of

Washington, Oregon, and Idaho . This person will manage the current on premise account base while also selling in new points of distribution for the entire Pabst portfolio. We are looking for someone with acumen in brand strategy, distributor management, retail partnerships, budget and P&L management, and quality execution. This position requires you to be located in the Austin, TX area.

As an On Premise Account Manager for Pabst, you will bring the brand world to life and take actions each day that help us achieve our greater purpose and vision. The heart of the role is ensuring that you are self‑motivated to drive results and culture. You’ll be great at using cultural, people, and category insights to build plans or programs, and drive volume and points of distribution gains, along with working cross‑functionally with internal and external partners. You’ll work directly with distributor and retail partners to drive brand sales and initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

Develop, maintain, and nurture strategic partnerships with all Distributors and Retail Accounts within defined territory

Lead and manage promotions, distribution, innovation, and sales initiatives for our brands at assigned distributors to achieve growth objectives

Conduct frequent surveys to ensure accurate pricing and programing is executed per standards

Ability and willingness to participate in a myriad of customer‑facing events such as On premise sampling and festival and venue execution

Responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor and presentation – including situations in which alcohol is present

Work efficiently and effectively remotely

Educate your teammates in other regions on your territory’s business

Utilize Pabst Sales and Reporting systems to analyze and implement business decisions

What You’ll Need:

1‑3 years of CPG sales experience preferably in beverage or alcohol

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience in On Premise account management, strategic planning, building relationships, and maintaining distributor partnerships

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and Power Point

Previous experience with public speaking and presentation skills

The ability to be flexible in your work day to meet with accounts during their open hours

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to work well with others – create, collaborate, learn, and educate

Passion for the beer industry at large and associated culture
