Territory Sales Representative
to support and grow a large, high-potential territory in the
College Station, Texas
market. This is a new role tied to an expanding footprint and significant infrastructure and highway-related opportunities. The position includes an existing book of business, with substantial room for growth. The ideal candidate brings proven heavy equipment sales experience, a strong work ethic, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Sales representatives in this organization operate with autonomy and are trusted to manage their territory like a business. Responsibilities Manage and grow an existing customer base while developing new accounts Sell new and used heavy construction equipment and generate rental revenue Prospect and build relationships with contractors, municipalities, and infrastructure-focused customers Conduct jobsite visits to identify opportunities and recommend equipment solutions Support customers through the full sales cycle, from initial contact through delivery Collaborate with service, parts, and rental teams to resolve customer needs Promote all dealership departments and aftermarket offerings Maintain accurate records of customer activity and sales pipeline Own and develop the assigned territory with a long-term growth focus For more information on this position, please contact Amy Bighorse at Herk & Associates: Required:
