Daytime scheduling, every other Saturday, set day off during the week when you work Saturday

Closed Sundays

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and coach the sales floor team to create an exceptional guest experience

Ensure the showroom environment is welcoming, organized, and aligned with Rydell brand standards

Motivate team members to meet performance targets and uphold our One Low Price sales philosophy

Support Sales Consultants in product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales process effectiveness

Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and solution‑focused mindset

Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to plan strategy, track performance, and support team growth

Maintain a positive, energetic, and team‑oriented culture on the showroom floor

Oversee daily floor operations, including staffing, guest flow, and showroom presentation

Perform high‑quality demonstrations and stay current on new models, features, and technology

Drive referral business through strong relationship‑building and follow‑up practices

Qualifications

Prior leadership experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service

Strong communication and coaching skills

Ability to model professional behavior, appearance, and customer engagement

Positive, solutions‑oriented attitude

Comfortable learning vehicle product information and supporting team members’ growth

Flexible availability, including Saturdays

Clean driving record
