Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr Account Executive, located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Jr Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales. Daily tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations, assisting in contract negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role plays a key part in achieving team sales targets while fostering strong business partnerships.
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills, along with experience in client relationship management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in market research and business development
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Prior experience in IT solutions or document output industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
