
T3 Sixty is working with a client who is actively seeking a Managing Broker | Sales Manager in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
This position is a hands-on leadership role focused on agent development, recruiting experienced agents, and improving office performance through thoughtful coaching, training, and accountability.
The Sales Manager will be the primary leader responsible for driving production across the office by supporting agents in their daily business, leading structured training and meetings, and serving as the go-to resource for deal strategy and transaction complexity. This person will also oversee transaction compliance and stay current with legal and regulatory changes, including DORA requirements.
Compensation:
$84,000 - $96,000 + bonus (OTE $100,000 - $120,000) Roles and Responsibilities Lead and facilitate company sales meetings and roundtable meetings, driving engagement, consistency, and accountability across the agent population. Develop and execute strategies to increase agent and office production, including systems, expectations, and performance coaching. Create and implement a recruiting strategy to attract and hire experienced agents who align with company values and business model. Build and maintain a recruiting database through long-term relationship development, consistent outreach, and marketing campaigns. Strengthen onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring systems to accelerate agent ramp-up and productivity. Create retention strategies to support agent engagement, satisfaction, performance improvement, and long-term loyalty. Partner with agents to create business plans and production goals, including regular reviews and accountability check-ins. Become proficient in the company’s technology stack, and identify and recommend new tools (including emerging real estate technology and AI applications) that improve agent performance and workflow. Train agents and staff on company tools and systems, partnering with the Agent Concierge as needed. Oversee office listings and client needs/concerns, and monitor transaction files for completeness and risk mitigation. Support agents with contracts, negotiations, and solutions for unusual or complex deals. Maintain professional and industry knowledge through workshops, publications, and benchmarking best practices. Report to and collaborate with the President weekly.
