About the Role We're hiring a
Head of Growth
to take full ownership of our digital performance and revenue expansion across Shopify, Amazon, Meta, and beyond. You'll lead cross-functional growth initiativesspanning performance marketing, product expansion, analytics, and CROwith a sharp focus on ROI, scalability, and velocity. What You'll Do Own and optimize the entire digital growth funnelfrom awareness to conversion Lead performance marketing across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Amazon Ads Analyze growth data and build dashboards that drive clear, strategic decisions (CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV) Launch, test, and scale campaigns in collaboration with creative, eCommerce, and product teams Oversee Shopify and Amazon Seller Central to grow DTC and marketplace channels Identify new customer segments and market expansion opportunities Manage and mentor a small team of media buyers, analysts, and marketers Launch A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and customer journeys Explore new acquisition and retention channels for scalable growth
