Description The Brand Styling Lead is responsible for curating and maintaining a cohesive visual identity for the retailer across all touchpoints. This role combines creative vision with a strategic approach to styling, ensuring that all campaigns and gallery styling align with the brand’s image, resonate with the target audience, and drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Execute the brands styling aesthetic and guidelines in line with the brand identity for campaign and gallery shoots.
Develop and implement clear styling guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and alignment across the team’s work, fostering a unified brand identity.
Act as the primary point of contact (division specific) for online and campaign styling consistency.
Oversee the styling of photoshoots, ensuring all outfits and accessories align with the brand’s target customer and trends.
Collaborate with photographers and art directors to deliver visually compelling assets.
Research fashion trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform styling choices.
Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to ensure styled looks reflect current stock and key items.
Manage and mentor a team of stylists and junior creatives.
Use styling to communicate the brand’s ethos, target audience, and positioning.
