IT Enterprise Business Analyst\nDevelop Tosca test automation primarily for vehicle registration systems with general supervision on routine tasks, oversight on complex ones. Work with stakeholders, manage defects, execute tests, handle test data, document processes, mentor juniors.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.\nThree years or more experience with Tosca test automation.\nPreferred certifications such as Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist (AS) Level 1 or 2 a plus.\nResponsibilities:\nTest Planning & Execution: Develop and execute test plans using Tosca for motor vehicle regulation systems, creating model-based testcases and data-driven scenarios to validate business requirements efficiently and adapt to changes.\nCollaboration & Defect Management: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders from a testing perspective; produce detailed defect reports (steps to reproduce, severity, impact, screenshots/logs) and verify fixes using Tosca for retesting.\nTesting Scope: Perform regression and service pack acceptance testing to ensure system reliability.\nCompliance & Security: Uphold Georgia IT security and privacy standards, particularly for sensitive data.\nSupport Duties: Manage test data, maintain comprehensive documentation, and train junior team members on Tosca best practices.\nSkill Matrix:\nProficient in system testing best practices and methodologies Required 3 Years\nStrong aptitude for understanding software requirements to ensure comprehensive testing coverage Required 3 Years\nHands on experience with developing and executing test automation Required 3 Years\nProficient in developing, documenting, and organizing test cases and with reporting test execution results Required 3 Years\nProficient in analytical problem solving and critical thinking Required 3 Years\nStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Highly desired 3 Years
