Location: Big Bend, WI with paid mileage to another site within an hour of Big Bend Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000 + annual bonus Position Type: Full-Time, On-site About the Role
Our client is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence across a production environment. This role focuses on improving efficiency, quality, and cost performance while building site-wide capability through Lean training and hands-on coaching. The ideal candidate is a change agent with strong Lean and Kaizen experience who enjoys leading cross-functional improvement initiatives, standardizing processes, and embedding continuous improvement into daily operations. Success in this role will be measured by tangible operational gains and the sustainability of improvements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives that improve yield, quality, safety, and cost performance Train, coach, and mentor employees and leaders on Lean, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and waste through data analysis and floor-level observation Develop, implement, and sustain standard work, SOPs, and visual management tools Facilitate kaizen events and cross-functional improvement workshops Partner with operations, engineering, IT, and frontline leadership to align improvement efforts Support productivity and annual operating plan (AOP) initiatives Track KPIs, report results, and ensure improvements are sustained over time Embed safety and EHS principles into all continuous improvement activities Qualifications: Experience in a manufacturing or production-based continuous improvement role Strong working knowledge of Lean methodologies; Kaizen experience required Proven ability to influence, lead change, and drive results without direct authority Experience delivering training or facilitating workshops in an operational environment Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred Benefits include, medical, dental, vision, and 401K match.
