Overview Salary: $66,300 - $71,000 Annually

The Chinatown YMCA is seeking a qualified Assistant Program Director who, under the supervision of the Program Director, will supervise Case Planners in the Family Support Program, review progress reports, assist in facilitating parent/guardian group meetings and workshops, make referrals, and follow up with community and sponsoring agencies. The Assistant Program Director will be responsible for the overall quality and efficiency of the Preventive Services Program, supervising professional staff on clinical and programmatic issues, and reporting program needs and challenges to the Program Director biweekly.

Responsibilities

Supervise Case Planners in the Family Support Program.

Review progress reports and assist in facilitating parent/guardian group meetings and workshops.

Make referrals and follow up with community and sponsoring agencies.

Ensure overall quality and efficiency of the Preventive Services Program.

Supervise professional staff on clinical and programmatic issues.

Report program needs and challenges to the Program Director biweekly.

Engage with School-Based and Community pathways as part of program operations.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work with a minimum of five (5) years of post-graduate work experience with progressively increasing responsibility.

One (1) to two (2) years of work experience required.

Bilingual: Spanish/English
