Job Title - Market Access Strategist Please note- this role is not able to offer Visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future In this role, you will: Develop Market Access Strategies Shape formulary positioning, conduct payer segmentation, evaluate reimbursement pathways, and monitor competitive intelligence specific to generics. Leverage Data Analytics & Modeling Build and interpret demand forecasts, perform gross‑to‑net analyses, and evaluate real‑world evidence to support commercial and access decisions. Create Dashboards & Visualizations Design intuitive, insights‑driven dashboards for Commercial, HEOR, and Pricing teams using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik. Provide Payer Insights & Contracting Support Analyze payer behavior, contract performance, and access barriers to guide contracting strategies and negotiation planning. Collaborate Cross‑Functionally Work closely with HEOR, Pricing, Sales, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment between market access strategies and overall business objectives. Monitor the Competitive Landscape Track approvals, patent expirations, and market trends to anticipate pricing shifts and maintain competitive advantage in the generics market. What you need to have to be considered 15 years in U.S. generics pharma with roles spanning market access commercial analytics and business insights. Led data architecture for market access reporting integrating claims chargeback and distribution datasets. Designed executive level dashboards that improved visibility into payer mix rebate exposure and product performance. Supported launch planning for multiple generic products including pricing corridor analysis and payer pull through strategies. Developed predictive models to assess the impact of competitor entries WAC changes and formulary exclusions. Technical Skills

Salary and Other Compensation : Applications will be accepted until February 21, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $88,000 - $155,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
