Manager, AI Strategy & Operation

The Manager, AI Strategy & Operation role is part of a newly formed AI Transformation Team under the Business Management Organization. This role focuses on executing the strategy and operation that align to company-wide AI transformation objectives. Through these AI projects, this role delivers tangible business results to achieve strategic business objectives, operational efficiency and innovation. This role reports to the Director, Head of AI Transformation Team. Role and Responsibilities

AI Platform/Service Operation Plan and execute the rollout of new AI platform/service features to internal users Lead beta testing and user acceptance testing of new AI platform/service features Lead AI platform/service operation including AI agent publishing, API & MCP request reviews, and user authority management Conduct training and provide guidance of new AI platform/service features to internal users Track AI platform/service usage, manage VOC, and mitigate risks Drive follow-up action items based on performance and usage analysis Market Research and Benchmarking Proactively search and stay current with emerging AI & ML technologies and industry trends Identify opportunities and develop plans for application within the business Conduct benchmarking of industry, headquarter, and other subsidiaries to identify and leverage best practices Execute AI Strategy & Governance Execute company-wide AI strategy and roadmaps Determine strategic approach for AI platform/service operation and set strategic priorities Present insights, proposals, business cases, and progress updates to leadership and internal stakeholders. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable decisions to achieve operational excellence Support AI Use Case Discovery and End-to-End AI Lifecycle Execution Support discovery of tangible AI use case opportunities and pain points by each business team Participate in AI use case discovery workshops and weekly AI Crew meetings with business teams Support strategic planning, scoping, design, execution, and tracking of AI use case end-to-end lifecycle including ideation, proof-of-concept, pilot, and scale up Conduct data-driven ROI & benefits analysis in planning and conduct KPI analysis post execution Identify and mitigate AI platform/service risks and blockers from both internal and external factors Manage continuous improvement of implemented AI use cases Provide AI security guidance for internal users Challenge the status quo in search of new AI-driven processes, ideas, and technology to deliver strategic business objectives Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree is a plus 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of experience with a Master's Degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics and their application in business processes Strong project management skills and experience with AI implementation tools Strong analytical abilities to analyze business performance and ROI on AI use case implementation projects Strong passion to stay current on the latest AI trends and market & industry insights to apply to AI use case implementation Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills to both internal and external clients coupled with exceptional Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel capabilities Ability to build strong relationships with peers, across the organization and the senior leadership Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience applying AI/ML, including Generative AI Experience in the technology or management consulting industry Experience in leading AI-driven strategy, transformation, and/or adoption projects from concept through deployment, including roadmap creation, cross-functional alignment, data readiness, technical scoping, and enterprise-wide implementation Proficiency in data analysis & automation tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, RPA), deep understanding of AI platforms, and/or Python coding knowledge Certifications in AI, machine learning, and project management methodologies Experience in strategy, consulting, innovation, and/or process creation & redesign High-level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm, and presence that fits a fast-paced, energetic and proactive organization Expertise in critical evaluation of complex problems and providing clear and concise recommendations Experience leading engagements with the business units and external customers Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate results among potentially conflicting stakeholder positions Experience defining and managing external partnerships and contracts with technology vendors, consulting firms and solution providers to accelerate AI transformation Experience summarizing and presenting analytical work to senior leadership The salary range for this role is expected to be between [$126,000] and [$155,500]. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
