Candidate must have a strong background in designing, building and maintaining complex, large scale and global identity directory services environments. This is a 4-month remote opportunity./ppResponsibilities:/ppThe candidate will be able to successfully perform the following activities:/pulliConduct high level project design and create project charters./liliReview Entra ID disaster recovery plans for gaps and define next steps./liliEngineer, deploy, operationalize, maintain, and support tools associated with Entra ID./liliContribute to the engineering and support of Entra ID to include:/liliConditional Access/liliAuthentication strengths including Passwordless MFA./liliSSO (SAML, OAUTH OIDC)/liliEnterprise Custom Applications/liliEntra Privileged Identity Management/liliMultiple Tenants to include National Cloud tenants./liliCommunicare service enhancements and operational efficiency directions, features, and roadmaps aligned to the roadmap./liliProviding technical leadership to others with less knowledge or experience./liliLiaise with, train, and support operational teams./liliAssist in technology evaluations and guiding proof of concepts./liliParticipate in solution design discussions./li/ulpRequired Skills:/pulliSenior and experienced AD and Entra ID Engineer (5-7 years) with Large, Global Enterprise Experience./lili5+ years experience in directory services engineering./liliExcellent understanding of Entra ID Security./liliTool Development: Experience performing POC testing and driving deployment of Entra ID service-related tools both COTS and self-developed./liliProficient with Microsoft Graph to automate tasks and generate reports with Entra ID./liliCustomer Focus: Ability to work with application owners to troubleshoot Entra service and integrations issues./liliExperience with National Cloud Entra ID tenants./liliDocumentation: Ability to author, review, and edit technical documents at an Engineering and Operational level./liliPresentation and Training: Ability to conduct knowledge transfer sessions to Engineering and Operations./liliMaking Recommendations: Seek and recommend improvements on existing architecture, provide recommendations to improve IT systems./liliExperience with assisting in creating of Identity and Access Management (IAM) roadmaps for global directory services./liliUnderstanding of modern authentication (OIDC, SAML, Kerberos, etc.)/liliUnderstanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)./liliExperience with privileged access management for administering Entra ID./liliExperience developing solution and system architecture./liliDebugging and troubleshooting experience with Entra ID./li/ulpPreferred Skills:/pulliExcellent interpersonal communication skills with strong spoken and written English./liliCollaborative team worker - both in person and virtually using MS Teams or similar./liliExcellent analytical skills./liliOrganizational skills with attention to detail./liliAbility to leverage existing documentation./liliExcellent documentation skills; demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint./liliBusiness outcomes mindset./liliSolid balance of strategic thinking with detailed orientation./liliSelf-starter, ability to take initiative./liliFlexibility to accommodate working across different time-zones./li/ulpPreferred Education:/pulliBachelors degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education, and work experience.
