RemoteVA PH is seeking a Website Manager who is both analytical and creative a hands-on problem solver with a deep understanding of Shopify, Recharge, Rebuy, and other ecosystem tools that drive subscriptions, conversions, and customer retention. The ideal candidate will take ownership of maintaining, optimizing, and evolving our website to deliver an exceptional user experience and measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities -Shopify Store Management: Maintain and manage the Shopify storefront for consistent functionality and flawless operation across desktop and mobile. -Subscription Platform Oversight: Manage and optimize Recharge (subscriptions), Rebuy (upsells/personalization), and related Shopify apps. -Design & CRO: Implement design updates, landing pages, and A/B testing to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates. -App & Integration Management: Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot tools like Klaviyo, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and payment systems. -Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, churn, etc.) and provide actionable insights based on data analysis. -Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, fulfillment, and customer support teams to align website updates with campaigns and customer needs. -Continuous Improvement: Identify pain points in the user journey and proactively suggest optimizations for higher sales and retention.
