Insurance Advisor Trainees . This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a long‑term career in the insurance and financial services industry. As part of your onboarding, the company will
cover the cost of your Property & Casualty insurance licensing , which you will complete before entering our structured sales training program. What You’ll Do
Respond promptly to inbound leads and deliver accurate quotes for business insurance products. Educate customers on policy options, ensuring clarity, transparency, and full compliance. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to support seamless onboarding, underwriting, and policy issuance. Training & Work Environment
First 4 Weeks:
Fully onsite training Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST Hands‑on preparation for licensing, systems, product knowledge, and sales techniques
Post‑Training:
Assigned onsite shift (Monday–Friday) 8.5‑hour shifts with start times between 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM EST Continued coaching and performance development
Requirements

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
