
Fixed Income Financing Analyst
A leading alternative asset management firm is seeking a Fixed Income Financing Analyst to join its growing Treasury team. This newly created role supports daily repo trading and cash management operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in fixed income or repo financing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, execute, and manage repo trades across fixed income product groups to optimize firm liquidity
Forecast and manage daily cash requirements, ensuring adequate target balances are maintained
Build and maintain strong relationships with broker/dealer partners
Monitor counterparty exposure, market conditions, and corporate actions affecting repo and funding operations
Communicate market and counterparty developments to portfolio managers, traders, and analysts
Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience in fixed income, repo financing, or cash management
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA and Python experience
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Nice-to-Have Experience
Prior exposure to automation within the Treasury or Finance function
Experience working with investment or asset management firms
Demonstrated ability to collaborate within small, growing teams
