Qualifications

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
Certification in Manhattan WMOS or related modules preferred.
Experience with SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence) for reporting and BI.
Proven background in high-volume warehouse environments, eCommerce, or 3PL operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, global, and dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
