This role provides an exciting opportunity for a creative and user-focused design professional to shape digital experiences across multiple platforms. As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, strategists, and product managers to create intuitive, effective, and engaging user experiences. You will leverage user research, data analysis, and competitor insights to inform design strategies and translate conceptual ideas into tangible digital solutions. This position emphasizes a human-centered approach, ensuring that design decisions prioritize usability, accessibility, and delight. You will be responsible for guiding projects from initial ideation through successful launch, delivering both strategic insights and high-quality deliverables. Accountabilities Conduct user research and analyze client input and competitor data to inform experience strategies Translate user and business objectives into actionable design solutions across digital products, services, and platforms Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, flowcharts, and other design artifacts to communicate concepts effectively Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design vision aligns with product goals and technical feasibility Iterate and refine designs based on testing, feedback, and evolving project requirements Support projects through to launch, ensuring a high-quality user experience is delivered Document functional annotations and provide context to stakeholders, developers, and other designers

Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design Degree or formal training in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and digital product design standards Expertise in creating information architecture diagrams, high- and low-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and proof-of-concepts Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset

Pluses Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing strategies Familiarity with user research platforms such as Usertesting.com, Optimal Workshop, or PlaybookUX Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and frameworks
