
In-House Sales Coordinator

The In-House Sales Coordinator at Roark is a forward-facing sales role focused on driving growth, supporting sales execution, and ensuring a best-in-class sales and customer experience. This position will proactively support key sales initiatives, account development, order file management, account relationships, and best in class retail presence oversight, through strong organization, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is driven by sales, highly proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by managing multiple projects while supporting both internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide forward-facing support for accounts and Sales Reps. Support accounts with line showings, follow-ups, and execution. Assist with new account execution, including onboarding support, product presentation, and data mining. Drive product penetration through proactive sales support and follow-through. Coordinate and support trade shows, including preparation, execution, and post-show follow-up. Support line showings in the showroom and remotely, ensuring strong product presentation and organization. Manage custom wall setups to support line presentations and seasonal storytelling. Travel support for tradeshows, territory visits, and sales meetings. Execute sales-driven projects, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and alignment with sales objectives. Mining sales data to determine key sale initiatives and executing upon them. Support promotional initiatives, including promos, GWP (Gift With Purchase), and POP programs. Assist with product image requests to support sales and marketing needs. Own showroom organization and upkeep, ensuring the space is presentation-ready at all times. Manage samples from landing to hanging, including tracking, shipping, and organization. Support custom wall management and visual updates within the showroom. Manage account-specific SKU requests, marketing requests, and image form submissions. Support sales sample requests as needed to assist Sales and Account Management teams. Proactively manage sales files, order forms, and related documentation. Support order analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate and organized sales files to support proactive selling. Play a key role within all Sales ERP functionality, including Elastic management, Full Circle, and DOMO oversight. Maintain and update Weekly A/O Whiteboards to support sales visibility and accountability. Assist with reporting and internal sales tracking as needed. Order Form creation. Provide key ownership role in Elastic on the Sales team based on business needs and seasonal requirements. Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Merchandising teams. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred 2+ years of prior sales dept experience Strong organizational and project management skills with a proactive mindset. Sales-oriented approach with the ability to identify opportunities and drive follow-up. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfort working in a fast-paced, showroom and sales-driven environment. Experience in sales coordination, wholesale, retail, or brand showroom environments preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point; experience with order systems a plus. Elastic, Full Circle, DOMO. Location & Office Structure: This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in Irvine, CA with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $70,304 to $75,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
