Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories Identify and understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget, and assist them in their selection by providing vehicle options that meet their needs Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield Lead the sales finance process with each customer Partner with the Finance team on customer financing options based on their credit, budget, down payment, and trade-in values Use the Client Relationship Management system to manage customer relationships and interactions, schedule appointments, and respond to Internet leads What We Are Looking For:

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience in product or retail sales preferred Competitive drive A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service Availability to work retail hours, including Saturdays and holidays High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid Driver's License Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations Proficient in: Google Suite, Social Media posting, CRM database, and other automotive software products as required Company Benefits:

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase product knowledge should be evident. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. Must hold a current State sales license or have the ability to obtain a sales license within the first 30 days of employment as required by the State of California. Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, MVR check, and drug test with results that are consistent with Company hiring standards. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.50 per hour. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
