Your duties will include: Answering incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently Taking accurate customer orders and inputting them into our system Processing cash transactions and handling payments securely Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues Collaborating with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Assisting with various tasks as needed, including food preparation and packaging Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 lbs. when required Adapting to changing priorities and maintaining flexibility in work schedule Contributing to a positive team atmosphere and upholding company values Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency for order entry and processing Cash handling experience and basic math skills Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience is a plus Knowledge of the food service industry is beneficial but not required
