The Children’s Ministry Director is responsible for overseeing children’s ministry from birth through fifth grade at Faith Lutheran Church. This role collaborates with staff and volunteers to create a high-quality ministry experience that nurtures faith, encourages engagement, and supports children and families in the Christian Lutheran faith, tradition, and worship. Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Minimum of two years of direct ministry experience with children and families (preferred) Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with diverse populations Demonstrated leadership, organization, and time-management skills Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and database software Effective written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking Acceptable background checks as determined by Faith Lutheran Church
