
Position Title: IDD Director
Employment Status: Full Time - Hourly
Location: Clackamas, Oregon

Job Summary The IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) Director at Almost Family is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of theIDD division in the Portland, Oregon area. This individual contributor role plays a critical role in providing support, guidance, and leadership to the IDD team and ensures the delivery of high-quality services to clients. The IDD Administrator will be responsible for maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, managing budgets and finances, and promoting the growth and success of the IDD division.

Responsibilities
Oversee the operations and management of the IDD division in Portland, Oregon.
Manage and monitor the division's budget and finances, ensuring adherence to financial goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations relating to IDD services.
Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the division.
Provide guidance and leadership to the IDD team, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Promote the growth and success of the IDD division through networking and building relationships with community partners.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and coordinated service delivery for clients.
Oversee the hiring, training, and performance of IDD staff.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
Participate in meetings, committees, and trainings as required.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IDD services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Thorough understanding of state and federal regulations pertaining to IDD services.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
