A leading biopharmaceutical company in Connecticut is seeking an Oncology Early Stage Clinical Development Scientist (Director, Non MD). The role involves leading and coordinating early oncology studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the execution of clinical development plans. The ideal candidate will have a PhD or PharmD and a strong background in clinical research, particularly in Oncology Drug Development.
