We are looking to fill a position for our most recently developed marketing campaign for our water distribution client. We focus on personal, face-to-face service and meaningful relationships that keep people connected to our clients’ latest offerings. Position Summary
We are seeking motivated, career-driven individuals who are eager to build experience in face-to-face sales within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you’ll interact directly with customers in-store and promote our clients water distribution products and services to match their needs and lifestyle. Responsibilities
Actively sell products and services to customers in a retail environment. Engage customers through face-to-face interactions to identify needs and recommend solutions. Explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly and confidently. Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales performance goals. Track customer interactions and contribute to team sales results. Work closely with management to improve sales techniques and conversion rates. Represent partner brands professionally and ethically at all times. Qualifications
