Caring Hearts Childcare Center(CHCC) is a start-up not-for-profit daycare center located in Falmouth, Maine. Our mission is to provide high-quality child care at below market rates, and to hire and retain excellent staff by paying higher wages than is standard for the profession in our area.
Overview The Executive Director is a full-time leadership role which encompasses overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, curriculum development, and licensing compliance of our childcare center. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in childcare management, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to early childhood education. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure program excellence, financial sustainability, and community engagement.
Position Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in a related field
Strong Leadership skills
General Computer skills and ability to learn and use new software
CPR and First Aid Certification within 60 days of hire
MRTQ Certifications withing 30 days of hire
Compensation and Benefits The salary range is $75,000-$85,000
