Role Summary
Associate Director- Business Solutions -MQ IT LP2 is the IT leader for the LP2 site, reporting to the MQ IT VP and the LP2 Site Head. Leads the IT function for the site, drives operational readiness, and develops the site IT strategic and business plan. Partners cross-functionally to implement the IT roadmap and ensures a safe, compliant, and high-performing IT organization at the Lebanon, Indiana site. Responsibilities
Ensure site operational readiness from an IT perspective, including startup and integration of IT systems (infrastructure, ERP, warehouse management, MES, data history/RTD, data integration, analytics, data integrity, LIMS, CAPA, access security, building monitoring, risk management). Serve as a member of the Site Leadership Team and provide IT site functional leadership. Develop and implement the site IT strategic and business plan; benchmark innovative solutions; adapt roadmaps to site evolution and trends. Partner cross-functionally locally and globally to establish and implement the site IT roadmap. Maintain a safe work environment and ensure staffing to meet the site and functional agenda. Lead, coach, and develop team members; establish a site culture aligned with Lilly values and operational excellence standards. Support recruiting and development of IT capabilities; lead recognition, pay, and promotion decisions; lead talent assessment and succession planning. Provide leadership in the development and execution of cGMP and/or site improvement plans within IT; define and execute IT inspection readiness activities. Ensure the IT organization is functionally strong, operationally focused, and solution-oriented; provide prioritization and barrier removal; oversee technical activities and promote knowledge sharing. Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or related technical field. Required:
7+ years IT technical leadership experience in pharma/manufacturing and quality. Required:
7+ years of strong experience with MES implementations, data integration, and advanced analytics. Skills

Role is on-site Monday through Friday; must be flexible to accommodate production schedules, shutdowns, and occasional extended hours. Location: Lebanon, Indiana.
