Admissions Director Salary: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 a year DOE Location: 21051 Warner Center Ln, STE 105 Woodland Hills, CA 91367 Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:00pm) Remote or In house Are you a dynamic admissions leader passionate about guiding families through life‑changing behavioral health decisions?
OPI is looking for an experienced Admissions Director to lead a seamless, client‑centered admissions process, working closely with prospective clients, families, and internal teams. This role oversees intake assessments, provides expert guidance throughout the admissions journey, supports outreach initiatives—including occasional travel—and plays a key role in driving the success and growth of OPI’s behavioral health programs. Responsibilities
Maintain deep knowledge of all program offerings, costs of care, and appropriate client placement while providing a superior, trust‑building experience. Lead daily huddles and weekly admissions pipeline calls, supporting the Executive Director in achieving enrollment, satisfaction, lead management, and quality targets. Oversee the full admissions process, serving as the primary applicant contact, ensuring timely application processing, accurate records, and exceptional client guidance. Achieve key performance metrics Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare providers, and behavioral health professionals, presenting program value effectively. Collaborate with internal teams and program staff to ensure seamless admissions experiences, operational alignment, and execution of organizational strategy. Support lead generation and marketing initiatives while taking initiative to strategize and enhance individual and team productivity. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health admissions , including extensive work with private‑pay clientele. Proven ability to convert qualified leads into measurable revenue , demonstrating strong business acumen and performance‑driven decision‑making. Preferred:
Experience working within a
specialty behavioral health program
or related clinical environment. Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in
Behavioral Sciences
or a related field. Demonstrated commitment to collaborative, team‑based growth , partnering effectively with care providers and cross‑functional teams. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check. Benefits
