Oversee daily execution of coordinated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and business objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for planning with brand participants, building positive relationships and proactively communicating opportunities and solutions. Ensure operational excellence by optimizing workflows, handling timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and driving process improvements. Act as a steady communicator and connector of groups essential to the execution of collaborative initiatives. Lead collaboration with Content Operations to develop agile pod workflows for IHA work streams and partner with global colleagues to implement new processes for delivering creative work. Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver high-impact, compliant marketing solutions. Support the Senior Director in strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Champion modern project management tools and standard methodologies to drive efficiency and scalability. Translate business goals, challenges, and market dynamics into coordinated creative strategies and campaigns across multiple brands and audience types. Lead cross-functional collaboration to shape compelling campaigns and elevate brand storytelling. Advocate for the agency’s vision and creative excellence while aligning client objectives with mutual success. Analyze brand performance and campaign metrics, delivering insights and strategic recommendations that drive measurable results. Drive cross-functional collaboration across IHA teams and provide strategic insights to fuel integrated campaigns. Navigate complex MLR review processes while balancing compliance with creativity in regulated environments. Incorporate customer and marketing insights, brand strategies, and business objectives into the creative development process. Partner with subject matter authorities to optimize messaging across paid and owned channels. Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, business administration, or a related field. Required: 8+ years of experience in account management and project leadership within a creative agency, in-house team, or multi-brand portfolio organization. Required: 5+ years of experience managing account and/or project management teams. Required: Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Preferred: MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Preferred: Expertise in Medical, Regulatory, and Legal workflows with a track record of aligning strategies to compliance standards. Preferred: Proficiency in Workfront or similar project management systems. Preferred: Strong communication and influencing skills to drive alignment and action at all levels. Preferred: Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, finance, government, or media) with robust process rigor and cross-functional review. Preferred: PM certifications (PMP, CSM) or equivalent. Preferred: Ability to manage key accounts or complex, multi-channel projects; strong leadership and organizational skills. Education
