We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Preschool Education Director to lead our early childhood education programs. The ideal candidate will oversee curriculum development, staff management, and operational strategies to ensure a high-quality learning environment for young children. This role requires a strong background in education administration, leadership, and strategic planning to foster an engaging and nurturing atmosphere that promotes developmental growth. The Preschool Education Director will play a pivotal role in shaping educational standards, managing budgets, and collaborating with staff, parents, and community partners to support the mission of our preschool. Responsibilities
Develop and implement educational programs aligned with early childhood development standards Lead and manage teaching staff through coaching, evaluation, and professional development initiatives Oversee daily operations, including enrollment, scheduling, and compliance with licensing regulations Create and manage budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources while maintaining program quality Establish strategic goals for program growth and improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational mission Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports diversity and promotes student well-being Collaborate with parents and community stakeholders to enhance program offerings and address needs Monitor curriculum effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms Ensure adherence to safety standards and health regulations within the preschool setting Experience
Proven management experience within an educational or childcare setting, preferably as a director or administrator Strong background in education administration with knowledge of early childhood development principles Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff teams Experience in strategic planning and budgeting within an educational organization Prior university experience or teaching background is highly desirable Familiarity with licensing requirements, accreditation processes, and compliance standards in early childhood education This position offers an opportunity to lead a vibrant preschool community dedicated to fostering young learners' growth through innovative educational practices.
