Role Summary

Regional field-based leadership role for Dermatology, Southeast. Responsible for leading a 7–10 person sales team and delivering regional business results for the Dupixent franchise. Reports to the Zone Business Director, South Zone, and partners with Regeneron and internal stakeholders to execute the national sales strategy within the Southeast region. Location is United States – Remote, with travel requirements as noted. Responsibilities

Motivate, train, develop and lead an accomplished team of specialty sales professionals – Area Business Managers (ABMs) – to achieve and exceed regional business goals. Strengthen the performance of Dupixent specifically within the Southeast. Oversee all aspects of sales, managed markets pull-through, local speaker/thought leader development, promotional programming, samples and budget management for the region. Develop regional business plans aligned with national goals, including regional/territory strategies, tactics, and resource allocation. Prepare regional business reviews for senior leadership. Be an expert in clinical data affecting product promotion, disease state understanding and market trends. Spend majority of time in the field with ABMs to support development, provide coaching, direction and feedback. Establish positive relationships with key customer segments (internal and external). Collaborate with other Regional Business Directors, Thought Leader Liaisons, brand marketing, Field Reimbursement Teams, payer marketing, managed markets field teams, medical affairs, senior management and other departments to achieve sales objectives. Partner effectively with Regeneron sales leadership to deliver initiatives and strengthen Dupixent performance. Create a compliant environment that motivates and develops team members to reach optimum performance and potential. Foster an engaging culture with a focus on diversity and inclusion in decision-making. Set clear objectives, mentor and assess performance to develop future leaders within the sales organization. Travel approximately 70–80%. Qualifications

Required:

BA/BS degree, preferably in life sciences or business. Required:

3–5+ years of experience in healthcare or biopharmaceutical industry. Required:

Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary; additional travel may be required within the assigned region. Required:

Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications

5–7+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in specialty care/biologics or specialty pharmacy with demonstrated sales results. 3–5 years of Field Management or equivalent leadership experience with documented sales achievements. Reside within the geographic area of the assigned region; Southeast experience preferred. Strong understanding of the reimbursement landscape with Managed Markets pull-through experience preferred. Launch experience in specialty care and biologics; alliance/matrix partnership experience. Strong commercial business acumen, strategic and analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent guidance, motivation, and relationship-building skills; team-oriented mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to resolve conflict and build key stakeholder relationships. Creative problem-solver with solutions orientation; must maintain compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational rules. Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
