Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual assets for both digital and print projects, including billboards, local advertisements, social media, email campaigns, presentations and marketing collateral
- Create on-brand layouts, illustrations and visual systems that support marketing, product and communication goals
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Development teams to translate concepts into polished visual designs
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Prepare and deliver production-ready files for web, email and print, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Communicate with outside vendors for file handoff, proof review and print production
- Manage, organize and maintain Adobe and Figma files, templates and high-resolution assets
- Contribute to creative brainstorming, design reviews and iteration cycles
- Incorporate basic UX and visual hierarchy principles to improve clarity, usability and engagement
- Attend weekly meetings with the Creative Manager
- Attend (optional) in-person team meetings in Palmerton, PA when available
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Established residency in Pennsylvania
- Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record
- Degree in Graphic Design or similar
- High proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong foundations in visual design principles: typography, color theory, composition, spacing and hierarchy
- High proficiency in print production fundamentals: Prepress setup, bleeds, trims, color modes (CMYK/RGB), resolution, file formats and press-ready exports
- High proficiency and experience preparing files for offset and digital printing, including vendor specs and proofing workflows
- High proficiency using Figma
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office
- Proficiency using Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with branding and identity systems, including logo usage and brand standards
- Bonus experience: 3D Design, motion graphics, illustration, photo editing, Slack, Basecamp, Dropbox, Evernote
- Possess a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design and marketing assets
- Possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to high production quality
- Possess a passion for creative, detail-oriented visual design
- Clear and professional Communication and Collaboration Skills - Oral and written
- Strong Organizational and Time-Management Skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong Layout and Typography Skills across digital and print formats
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- The ability to turn concepts and direction into clean, compelling visuals
- Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback
- Ability and willingness to explore multiple creative directions and iterations
