Production & Execution (~80–85%)

• Produce web and email banner ads and on-site promotional/category/hero graphics (static, light motion), optimized for performance and file weight.
• Create derivatives/variants per brief (sizes, aspect ratios, audience/channel tweaks) across web, email hero banners, and basic paid/organic social when needed.
• Design social posts, sell sheets, trade show collateral, blog visuals, display and retargeting ads.Occasionally produce short-form video (UGC-style, explainers, motion graphics; editing/ titling/ sound).
• Apply existing brand guidelines (type, color, imagery, grids, iconography, tone) and established templates and contribute to their evolution with clearly documented rationale.
• Light copy application (headlines/CTAs)
• Prepare files to spec (naming, compression, color profiles, accessibility basics like contrast/alt text cues).
• Execute minor refreshes and frequent updates to existing assets with speed and accuracy.

Workflow, QA & Collaboration (~15–20%)

• Work tickets in Jira from assigned briefs; manage personal queue, deadlines, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with channel owners and the eCommerce team to clarify specs and ensure correct placement; may assist with uploading assets as directed.
• Incorporate feedback from assigned reviewers; apply revisions precisely and rapidly.
• Participate in periodic performance reviews of creative (with channel owners) to apply learnings to future variants.
• Ensure all digital deliverables meet brand standards, project goals, and ADA accessibility compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in digital production design for eCommerce/retail or B2B distribution.
• Strong proficiency in InDesign and Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Jira (or similar ticketing tools) and structured production workflows.
• Solid understanding of ADA Title III and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
• Demonstrated speed and accuracy delivering high volumes of banner/site assets to spec.
• Solid understanding of export specs, file optimization/compression, responsive size sets, color profiles, accessibility considerations, and organized file practices
• Meticulous attention to detail, version control, and file naming/organization.
• Comfortable with repetitive, deadline-driven work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Light motion/video trimming (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut).
• Basic copy editing for headlines/CTAs within provided frameworks.
• Exposure to AI-assisted production tools for resizing/variant creation (use, not program design).

Success Metrics

• On-time delivery against SLAs and sprint commitments.
• Throughput: volume of assets/variants completed per week.
• Quality: error rate, adherence to specs and brand standards, minimal rework.
• Stakeholder satisfaction: clear communication, precise revisions, reliable handoffs.
