As an
Customer Service Representative with Pavestone,
you are responsible for:
Providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers. Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell. Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders. Working with Outside Sales Representatives. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications. Assisting dispatch with orders. Completing daily paperwork. About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Good organizational and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Comfortability walking through Manufacturing Yards (which may be a dirtier/outdoor environment).
