100% incoming calls
from both new and existing customers, with
no outbound or cold calling involved. This position is on-site at 1285 Joe Battle Dr, El Paso, TX 79936. Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer inquiries within a fast-paced, competitive environment at a Fortune 250 company. Guide customers in their purchasing decisions by showcasing our diverse range of TV, Internet, and wireless products and services. Strong verbal communication skills in both languages are essential. Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, persuasive personality, and a growth mindset. This is a full-time, on-site position; availability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays is required. A high school diploma/GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
