The Warranty Representative will train under a Warranty Representative III and gradually take on increased responsibility with the goal of advancing to a Warranty Representative II. As a trainee, the Warranty Representative will learn to plan, organize, and help direct warranty work while supporting the company's objectives related to performance, cost, quality, and safety. The Warranty Representative I will also learn to coordinate customer meetings and trade partner visits and serve as the customer's primary point of contact from closing through the end of the warranty period. Delivering on the company mission throughout the warranty process is the primary focus of this role.

Responsibilities

Shadow mentor/trainer during 30-day and 11-month orientations Shadow New Home Orientation with the Construction Manager and Warranty Representative III to learn and describe the warranty process Participate in weekly neighborhood meetings with teammates Build and maintain customer and vendor respect through consistent delivery on commitments and expectations Demonstrate tact, consideration, and patience in challenging or difficult situations Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, customers, and vendors Respond confidently and effectively to unexpected challenges Accurately and effectively communicate relevant information to customers Learn and enforce company safety policies with trade partners and company employees Keep the Warranty Manager and appropriate stakeholders informed of production status and any issues that may impact delivery of the company mission Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport Ability to learn and apply warranty processes, policies, and procedures Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to unexpected situations Professional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive customer matters Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and trade partners Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn company systems and tools Ability to follow safety standards and reinforce compliance with vendors and employees Requirements

Valid Driver's License. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a customer-facing role preferred Exposure to residential construction, homebuilding, property management, or a related industry preferred Ability to interact professionally with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment Experience handling customer concerns and resolving issues in a service-oriented setting Willingness to learn construction terminology, warranty standards, and building processes High School diploma or equivalent required. Additional Requirements

This is an on-site position based in the Orlando area (Polk County) and will require relocation if you are not currently located in the area. While the role is primarily in-person, there may be limited access to remote work at the discretion of management and based on business needs. This is an exempt role, which may require working more than eight hours per day. Being authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship is a precondition of employment.
