The global marketing division at Global Payments oversees Brand, Product Marketing, and Growth and Revenue Performance for our Merchant Acquirer Solutions. We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Paid Media Strategist who excels in digital marketing and has a proven ability to generate measurable business results. You will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns for various products across multiple channels. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a Fortune 500 company and influence the efficiency of our paid marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with product, analytics, and creative teams, you will design and refine campaigns that drive substantial growth. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

Lead and implement paid social and digital marketing strategies across diverse platforms to enhance the efficiency of the customer acquisition funnel. Identify and explore new channels and tactics for scalable and efficient growth. Provide strategic insights to senior leadership regarding paid growth strategies and investment choices. Build and maintain partnerships with agency teams and ad platform representatives to navigate policy changes and maximize performance. Campaign Management & Optimization

Oversee the comprehensive management of paid campaigns, focusing on budgeting, targeting, creative assets, and product prioritization to achieve optimal performance. Continuously experiment with new ad formats, targeting strategies, and bidding methods to enhance campaign performance and remain competitive. Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Brand, and Creative teams to boost conversion and improve full-funnel performance. Drive the digital brand strategy's activation and implementation. Performance Analysis and Reporting

Evaluate campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CAC, CPO, ROAS) and offer actionable insights to enhance performance and scale successful initiatives. Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership, detailing campaign results, insights, and future growth forecasts. Contribute to demand forecasts and ensure pacing aligns with lead generation and sales targets. Coordinate with Campaign Managers, Marketing Ops, CRO, and Sales teams to ensure smooth transitions, shared visibility, and feedback across the marketing funnel. Budget Management

Manage a multi-million dollar paid media budget; allocate resources effectively to minimize CAC and maximize ROAS. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles, preferably in high-growth B2B or tech environments. Proven success managing significant advertising budgets across various channels. Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and global buyer dynamics. Experience managing campaigns across multiple business lines (e.g., POS, Payments, SaaS). Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with global and regional teams. Adept at simplifying complex data into comprehensible insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, balancing both strategic leadership and tactical execution. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in marketing complex SaaS or payments solutions to enterprise customers. Familiar with compliance and regulatory considerations in global payments or financial services.
