Hourly Pay:

As the Personal Injury Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking help after a personal injury incident. Your compassion, professionalism, and accuracy will help clients feel supported from the very first conversation.
You will: Handle a
high volume of calls and emails
from potential new clients. Conduct phone-and occasionally in-person-interviews to understand their story and gather essential details. Accurately document all client information in the firm's database. Assist potential clients with gathering and submitting required documentation. Sort, file, and maintain records according to established procedures (including closed filing). Collaborate with the Intake Specialist team to support inquiries from all practice areas. Assist legal assistants and paralegals as needed. Maintain strict client confidentiality at all times. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 1-3 years of customer service or office-based phone experience , ideally managing high call volumes. Strong ability to prioritize and respond efficiently to calls/emails throughout the day. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe, scanning, and maintaining electronic files. Bilingual English/Spanish is a
huge plus , but not required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
