Position Summary

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Agent to support customer service operations for a wellness-focused organization. This role is responsible for managing inbound customer interactions, processing service requests, and coordinating scheduled appointments. The position requires the ability to operate in a high-learning, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions: Handle inbound customer service calls in a professional manner Respond to general inquiries and resolve service-related requests Process customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner Schedule appointments and follow-up communications Document all customer interactions in internal systems Utilize multiple software platforms throughout the workday Comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Qualifications • Previous sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred • Ability to confidently discuss pricing and close sales • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Highly organized and goal-oriented • Ability to learn, retain, and apply detailed information • Reliable internet connection and designated home workspace • Authorized to work in the United States

Training • Paid two-week training program (required) • Ongoing coaching, performance monitoring, and feedback
