UnionMain Homes is seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Graphic Artist

to support our marketing and sales initiatives. This role will create compelling visual content across print, outdoor, and digital platforms, helping to elevate our brand and communicate our homes, communities, and lifestyle offerings. The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals, production experience, and a portfolio that demonstrates versatility across still and motion graphics.

Copywriting ability is a plus. Key Responsibilities

Design and produce

signage

(community signage, site signage, directional, and promotional signs) Create

billboards

and large-format outdoor advertising Develop marketing

collateral

including brochures, flyers, floor plan sheets, sales materials, and presentations Design

digital assets

for web, email, and social media (static and animated) Produce

motion graphics

for digital ads, social media, and presentations Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external vendors to meet brand and project goals Contribute light

copywriting

support for headlines, captions, calls-to-action, and short-form marketing content (a plus) Required Qualifications Proven experience as a graphic artist or graphic designer Strong portfolio required

demonstrating experience in: Signage and large-format design Billboards and outdoor advertising Marketing collateral Digital still graphics Motion graphics

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects; Premiere Pro a plus) Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand consistency Experience preparing print-ready and digital-ready files Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Copywriting experience for marketing or advertising content Experience in

real estate, homebuilding, construction, or related industries Familiarity with social media advertising specs and digital ad platforms Basic understanding of video editing and animation workflows
