Typical Day in the Role

Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team creates reviews and manages both traditional and AI general content. Key projects: This role will contribute to Powerpoint - reviewing AI generated content as the model evolves, being able to judge and provide feedback on the content provided and how to improve. The Client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented AI Visual Content Curator to support human evaluation workstreams by assessing the aesthetic quality of AI-produced PowerPoint presentations and slide edits. This role is hands-on and creative: you will evaluate outputs along structured dimensions, applying your expertise in design quality, craftsmanship, and creative standards to ensure only the highest-quality content is surfaced. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and content teams to ensure that every evaluation run is executed according to plan, outputs are evaluated with craft and quality as top-of-mind, and nuanced issues in model output are identified and communicated. This position is ideal for someone with a strong creative background, deep visual design sensibilities, and a passion for elevating the quality of AI-generated content. What We're Looking For

Professional creative or design background, with proven experience in visual content curation or assessment. Strong visual design sensibilities (including, but not limited to, design styles, images, color palettes, fonts, icons/graphics, etc.) and a keen eye for aesthetic quality, craftsmanship, layout, and overall design standards. Experience with PowerPoint, including slide design best practices and an understanding of creative quality. Ability to give precise, objective judgments using a structured approach to content evaluation. Comfortable identifying nuanced issues in model output and communicating findings clearly. Adaptable to changing project parameters and able to apply consistent interpretive standards across evaluations. Clear and timely communication skills for collaborating with product, design, and content teams. What You'll Do

Evaluate AI presentation outputs based on detailed criteria provided by product, design, and content teams. Judge the accuracy of model output to prompt, assessing both content relevance and visual execution. Assess visual quality, craftsmanship, layout, and overall design standards of model outputs. Apply consistent interpretive standards across evaluations, adapting to evolving changes and guidelines. Proactively flag system issues and share progress with cross-functional teams. Document findings and provide actionable feedback to improve future model outputs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine evaluation criteria and support continuous improvement of AI-generated content.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative field. 3+ years of experience in visual content curation, design assessment, or creative quality assurance (ideally in a digital content or presentation environment). Demonstrated expertise in visual design principles, layout, and creative standards. Proficiency with PowerPoint and other presentation or design tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting creative evaluation workflows or working with AI-generated visual content. Prior exposure to structured assessment environments or rubric-based evaluations. Comfort working in experimental or rapidly evolving creative spaces. Day in role:
