Passion for People : Highly effective communication, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to inspire others. Experience and Education : A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a least 5+ years of success in fundraising or donor relations. Organization : Comfort with donor database systems and a sharp eye for detail. Position Details
