At Headway, we’re on a transformative mission to create a mental health care system that everyone can access. Our technology connects individuals with exceptional therapists through the first software-enabled national network of providers that accepts insurance.

In the U.S., 1 in 4 people face a treatable mental health condition, yet many providers do not accept insurance, leaving therapy financially out of reach for most. We’re committed to changing that by enabling therapists to accept insurance and scale their practices.

Founded in 2019, Headway has evolved into a diverse national network of over 60,000 mental healthcare providers in all 50 states, who use our software to serve over 1 million patients. With over $325 million in funding from notable investors, including a16z, Accel, and GV, we are proud to lead change in mental healthcare.

We want your time here to be the most rewarding experience of your career.

Join us to help make mental health care accessible to all.
