$17-$18 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday,
7:30am-4:30pm Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused
Bilingual Counter Sales & Customer Service Associate
to support daily front-counter operations. This role requires someone confident, professional, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of customers while maintaining excellent service. Strong bilingual communication skills and good memorization abilities are essential. Key Responsibilities Assist customers at the
sales counter
with orders, questions, and product needs Answer phones
and provide accurate information in a professional manner Perform
basic computer tasks
and
data entry
for orders and customer records Interact confidently and professionally with customers in a busy environment Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready counter area Communicate effectively with customers and team members in
both English and Spanish Memorize product information, pricing, and common customer needs to improve service efficiency Provide friendly, efficient service while following company policies and procedures Qualifications Customer service or counter-sales experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong memorization skills and the ability to retain product and process information Ability to stay calm, professional, and confident with all customer interactions Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full
